ALL VIP Festival ticket holders MUST have a VIP Shuttle Wristband to ride the Heineken Shuttle

VIP Shuttle Wristbands are included in the Hotel Packages only and cannot be purchased separately

VIP Shuttle Wristbands cannot be used for GA Festival ticket holders. GA Shuttle passes can be purchased on the Coachella website

Important Information regarding Retailers:

Due to alcohol regulations, retailers must pay for hotel rooms directly​ through One Plan. Festival tickets and shuttle wristbands can be purchased via HUSA employee budget code. Please see instructions on the registration form and contact One Plan with any questions

There is a mandatory 3-night minimum
All guest rooms will be reserved to check in on Friday and check out on Monday
Festival Tickets ARE NOT included in the Hotel Packages and must be reserved separately
